We will be honored to address and welcome foreign colleagues from renowned universities engaged in research and education in the scopes of Food Quality and Safety, Human Nutrition, across the areas of AGRICULTURE, DAIRY & ANIMAL SCIENCE, FOOD SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, BIOTECHNOLOGY & APPLIED MICROBIOLOGY, VETERINARY SCIENCES, NUTRITION & DIETETICS, and others.

2025-03-06: Thank you for your participation and we invite you to the next year of our event

Ingr´s Days 2025 are over, we thank everyone once again for their participation, we thank the institutions, companies and individuals who made this event possible with their patronage and financial or material support, and we thank all members of the scientific and organizational committee.

We remind you of the stable date of the Ingr´s Days, which are traditionally and stably held in the first week of March.

Now the full-text proceedings of the conference are being prepared, the contributions are undergoing a review process. The proceedings are completely placed with a DOI number on the MENDELU website from 2022. Contributions are reviewed and have their own DOI.

We therefore invite you to Ingr´s Days 2026, which will be held on March 3-5, 2026. Wait until we will leave the color of the logo and stylization for future surprises.
