  • contains abstracts from the main conference in Wednesday, from the Milk Day at MENDELU and from the Tuesday International Conference Section dedicated to Young Scientists (in English),

  • last year Proceedings of the 48th Food Quality and Safety Conference is here at this link for download,

  • the older proceedings of full contributions (until 2008) can be found down on the History page,

  • the Book of the Conference/Proceedings contain contributionsin full lenghth (main Wednesday conference, Milk Day at MENDELU and from the Tuesday's international section of the Conference, in English), the expected range of contributions is 4 to 6 pages (max. up to 12 pages),

  • the Conference's SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE will select appropriate contributions to publishing in Czech and foreign scientific journals and send Recommendation to revise the contribution according to the guidance guidelines to the first author ,

  • it has a unique ISBN independent of the printed Book of Abstracts.
