PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT FEE:
The registration fee for the Wednesday conference is set at CZK 1000 incl. VAT (includes proceedings, lunch and refreshments and reimbursement of necessary expenses),
The registration fee for the Wednesday conference including the social evening is set at CZK 1300 incl. VAT.
The deadline for payment of the fee is 28 February 2024.

APPLICATION DEADLINES:
The deadline to register for active participation in the conference is 9 February 2024 via this form.
Submissions for the proceedings (presentations, posters) should be sent to the following e-mail address: ingrovy.dny@mendelu.cz by 9 February 2024.
Poster papers in pdf format should be sent by March 1, 2024 to e-mail: ingrovy.dny@mendelu.cz.

POSTER COMMUNICATIONS:
The conference programme has been updated and the list of posters can be found on the conference programme page below.
Please submit your paper according to the template by 9 February 2024 to: ingrovy.dny@mendelu.cz. Abstracts will be included in the printed Conference Abstracts and full papers in the Electronic Proceedings of Full Papers, which will be published on the website after the event. Papers will be peer-reviewed and you will be contacted if additions or corrections are required. Further information is available in the Proceedings section.
The organisers of the event prefer both types of poster presentation (printed on the notice board, online on the web).
Online form - Poster submissions in pdf format should be sent by 1 March 2024 to the following email address: ingrovy.dny@mendelu.cz.Online The posters will be entered into the competition for the best poster in the GENERAL and JUNIOR categories under the auspices of EFSA (Knowledge junction) and the winners (first author) will be announced at 13:30 - 14:00 with the presentation of a certificate and prize by the event guarantor and the patron of the poster section.
Printed Posters - Areas for posters (guaranteed size 80x110 cm) will be prepared and numbered in alphabetical/programmatic order and labelled with the name of the first author and the title of the paper (in front of the auditorium on the 3rd floor of Building A). If you do not wish to present a printed poster, please contact us.
